Peter ‘the Ice King’ Bell (5th at the International North Pole Marathon earlier this year) and Jason Wilson (who has represented NI / Ireland at the World and European Mountain Running Championships) took home the Veteran 50 and Junior prizes at the recent Slieve Gallion mountain race held in the Sperrins.  This counted in the last round of the NI Grand Prix series and ensured Peter finished 2nd Vet 50 and Jason 1st Junior.  Chris Denton was also running at the Mooathon held in Donegal over the weekend, with a 10th position which sets him on the right track for the marathon in Poland he has been training for over recent months).  Pegasus runners were also in attendance at the 2nd annual NI Miscarriage Society 10k road race run by the Triangle Boxing Club.  Linda Gillen took just over 47 minutes which earned her 3rd female open runner with Jeff Warke also winning the Vet 50 category.  Kyle Millar and Colm McIlfatrick were also in attendance and run solid races in this very local race.
